Committed to Conservation:  Miller Woods at 50 Years

Join the Friends of Miller Woods as they celebrate 50 years since the acquisition of the woods! Several local conservation groups will share their success stories.  Co-sponsored by Bosch Community Fund.  Registration requested.

Thursday, April 12, 7 p.m.

Dorothy McLeer, Interpretive Naturalist from the University of Michigan-Dearborn will discuss how access to green spaces improves our quality of life.

Cheryl Bord, of the Friends of Miller Woods, will highlight 50 years of citizen involvement in Miller Woods, honoring the foresight of the Miller Family in preserving the land in 1968.
